Transaction Coordinator | Deal Support for Investors I have a background in both real estate and lending, having worked as a Realtor and a mortgage processor. That experience gave me a strong understanding of the full transaction process from contract to closing, including how deals can break down if details aren’t handled properly. I currently help real estate investors and wholesalers stay organized and keep their deals moving smoothly on the backend. My focus is on communication, tracking timelines, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks so investors can stay focused on acquisitions and closing. In addition to transaction coordination, I also assist with lead management — helping organize and follow up with incoming leads so opportunities don’t get missed and pipelines stay consistent. I’m especially familiar with working alongside title companies, managing deadlines, and supporting the moving parts of investor transactions.
