Cristy Gray

I am currently a university student studying for my Bachelors in Business Marketing. My father was a successful business entrepreneur from a young age and his success included a lot of real estate deals. Although he has since passed on, and without sharing any thing informative, I do have the same creative and financial savvy of deal making. I think its in my blood. I'm an integrity driven learner so if I don't want to be swallowed by those who may not be so honest, while making sure I'm fair to those who are, then I should know what I'm doing before I do it. To spark this fire I am currently sitting on a breaking deal on the property I rent, potentially to make enough cash; as the owners plan to sell ...and I know a perfect buyer that owns the property next door, and the owners do not know them. I could make enough to get my investing endeavors started. I need to know how to broker the deal wholesale sounds best. I'm excited to be a member of Bigger Pockets!
