I am a real estate investor in multi-family properties. My knowledge is extensive- studied real estate investing for over 25 years. I owned & managed 19 units in Salem, OR in the 90's and consulted for a large commercial investment firm. After taking a 15 year hiatus, I have returned to the market and am actively searching for multifamily housing in the Seattle/Tacoma areas- recently purchased a duplex. My area of expertise is with low-middle to middle income tenants, duplexes, triplexes and four-plexes.
