Well versed in REO rehabilitations. I am former a Project Manager for a large multi-state REO property rehabilitation firm, home inspector, HUD REAC inspector, FHA 203k (acquisition and rehab loan) cost estimator/inspector. I understand ground up builds, restoration post catastrophic event, structural drying, mold remediation, lead/asbestos abatement. I possess a strong background in construction troubleshooting.
