Having been an appraiser for the past 3 years has given me a great appreciation of the real estate industry. It has taught me so much; and it has given me the urge to learn even more about real estate. Eventually, I envision myself as a buy and hold investor. Being able to have steady cash flow is undeniably a liberating feeling.
