My wife and I bought our first rental property in February of 2019 and are hooked. We are looking to scale quickly to replace our income, we are both Active Duty military and want to spend more time with our kids. Our problem right now is that we don't have capital to invest with and we aren't fortunate enough to know anyone with money, but we will make it work no matter what.
