Hi all! Real estate has piqued my interest from a very young age. Having family and friends involved only led me to become more interested over time and I have now decided to finally step into the world of REI.My focus is in wholesaling and long term rentals. I want to network and possibly JV on some deals with anyone who is business and like minded! I am also a licensed realtor working under a Keller Williams brokerage here in sunny Santa Barbara CA. I am technologically adept and have skills in web design, statistical modeling and forecasting. I also have a very solid Math/Statistics background which has given me analytical skills that are well above the average investor.
