Dagan Mullins

If I could put “wannabe/aspiring investor” as my occupation above, I totally would. My name is Dagan Mullins, 26 years old, looking to make my first steps towards investing in real estate. I’m continuously educating myself everyday, with new books, even more BiggerPockets Podcasts, & constantly looking at properties to invest in. My goals currently right now are: -to continue educating myself on how to become a smarter invester through books & local investors -to have done at least one deal by the end of this year -to have that property be a positive cash flowing asset -to have one million dollars of net worth by the age 26. Above was me three years ago.. A lot has changed. I can say I have accomplished two out of the three goals.. I can now finally actually say I'm an actual real estate investor & that piece of real estate cash flows generously. But I am yet to have a net worth of a million dollars. I hope to work with more people & network to accomplish that goal.
