I currently have one rental property. I am a pipe welder in the steamfitters local 420 which is located out of Philadelphia. My goal is to create a portfolio of rental properties so I can retire early and invest in real estate full time. Why? I want to live my life how I want and attend my sons games with out hesitation, I want to travel with my family with out hesitation, and I am tired of working in refineries long hours and risk potential exposure to hazardous materials. I love welding but I have found a new passion in real estate. Still very green in the field, I knew I wanted to invest in rentals based off the surge of energy I get thinking about landing a deal and receiving passive income while simultaneously providing a comfortable place to live for families as I lived in rental properties my whole life. in addition to that, I get fired up just from listening to the podcasts on BiggerPockets and reading the books they suggest. I am looking to make as many connections as possible as I am a sponge trying to learn every tid bit of information, I am willing to meet up, text, talk on the phone etc.
