Hi, I was born and raised in Philadelphia PA, but enjoy world travel and eating local foods. I'm in my early 30's and have aspirations to develop enough passive income to become financially independent by the time I'm in my early 40's. I stumbled upon BiggerPockets through the Podcast, and hope to meet other like minded individuals who want (or are) long-term buy-and-hold investors.
