Rental Property Investor
Went from 0-30 rentals in 9 months thanks to BP this year (2019). Started with Single family residences, jumped over to a 4 plex, and recently closed on a mobile home park. I am currently a navy corpsman by day and a real estate investor every free minute that I have. I am stationed in New Orleans but will eventually make my way home back to Los Angeles in the next year or 2.
