I'm new to real estate investing, but I want to buy my first rental property in the next three months. I want to flip as well since I think that might be able to scale faster, and then use the profit from those flips to invest in more rental properties. I'm looking to network, gain experience, and meet some great people along the way. Aside from real estate, I am a full-time software engineer, and I trade stocks each morning before work.
