I've been in the rental market since 2009 after purchasing my first SFR and have been slowly acquiring properties retail on the side while working my regular day job. I'm always on the lookout for a profitable property and am looking to expand out of my local market. I'm primarily a buy and hold investor focusing on up and coming markets. I'd love to expand into multifamily or even try a land/build project.
