Daniel James

Hello! My name is Daniel James. I grew up in Washington State with parents that highly regarded reading and education. From a young age, I was immersed in science, math, and the quest for knowledge. I graduated from Washington State University with a B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in 2013.  Recognizing a desire to help others directly, I then transitioned into Real Estate. I serve as the Director of Operations for Kredible Realty, a full-service real estate firm specializing in transaction representation, general contract management, and residential and commercial multi-family property management. I am also an active real estate investor, primarily in multi-family assets. My passions consist of people, team building, and attention to detail. I am devoted toward self improvement while ensuring that I maintain my core principles and strong ethics. I enjoy giving my time to others and if there is anything you need please let me know.
