My name is Dan and I'm newer to the real estate investing scene. I'm a data technologist by trade. I purchased my first "true" investment property in June of 2022, which was a 2-unit multi-family property that I'm house hacking. Prior to that, I employed a live-in fix and flip strategy with a mobile home. In the next 5-10 years, I'd like to build a rental portfolio that produces cashflows equal to my W-2 income.
