New to Real Estate
My fiancé, Tom, and I moved to St.Pete, Fl. from NY looking to pursue our dream of being real estate investors in this market. We're interested in rentals and house hacking. We closed on our first property (house hack) in 2021. Our short term goal is to own a 4-plex. Our long term goal is to be a multi-family investor.
