Hello! I am an anesthesiologist in the Federal Way area. I became interested in real estate after deciding that I want to be free financially by 40. I love what I do so I don't plan on switching to a full time investor; but definitely looking to build a portfolio of multifamily properties for passive income. I am mainly interested in starting with small multifamily properties and working my way up to larger apartment complexes (perhaps even syndicate!). Currently expanding my knowledge by reading as much as I can and hopefully take the plunge with my first deal soon!
