Know enough about real estate to be a danger to myself! Been in & out of real estate from 1990 to present doing everything from construction crew to property managing to most recently flipping. Really love the flipping aspect of giving a house a second life. Skills I bring to the flip table are capital, logistics, purchasing, tracking expenses, & can pinch-hit on the job when needed. Finally decided to sign-up as I've been sourcing this site for several years now. . . GOALS: Short term - continue to flip & build capital Mid Range - buy & hold some MF rentals Long term - own 100+ apartment doors to create an income stream for retirement.
