I currently reside in Austin, Tx and have been here for the last 7 years and during our time here my wife and I have purchased a couple of primary residences. Our first house was too big and the market here is crazy, so we downsized and used the excess funds from the sale to purchase an investment property in Watauga, TX. We're currently looking to purchase a property here in audit where we can house hack via traditional leasing or preferably via airbnb.
