A newly inspired beginner, I'm looking to develop positive cash flow by purchasing smart and sustainable investment properties for rental. My ultimate goal is to retire at age 45 (in 10 years time) by owning enough properties assets to produce healthy annual cash flow. My goal will enable me to spend time experiencing all of life's wonders and possibilities without the burdens of struggling to survive in the rat race.
