Simply put, i should have done this years ago. I have been interested in real estate investing ever since Carlton Sheets (i think thats the correct spelling) was selling his videos however i just never took it serious enough to either start saving or to even ever look at all of the videos. Now when i hear all of these guys talk about how they have only been real estate investing for only 5-10 years and are doing great it makes me think hey that should have been me. I should have gotten in on what may have been the ground floor (1997-98) of that time. Well thats what we call spilled milk and im done crying over it. Its now time for action because its never too late. So now Im pumped and even more ready and prepared than what i was some 20 years ago. See you in the forums!
