Have invested in a number of residential and resort properties in the Piedmont and Mountains of NC. The subject of who to hire as a property manager has unfortunately cost me thousands of Dollars by trusting dishonest ones. I offer my advise as a property owners in order to spare other investors and owners the pain, extra expense and heartache of trusting people who have repeatedly demonstrated a serious lack of ethics, honesty and responsibility. I only report others who have demonstrated a repeated history of dishonest behavior.
