My name is David Innocenti and I am the owner of Berco Jewelry Company, Finest Casting LLC, and Diamond Realty Corporation. Berco Jewelry Company is a fine jewelry manufacturer to the retail jewelry trade. Started in 1926, we specialize in diamond bridal, diamond and color gemstone fashion jewelry, family jewelry, and marketing programs for the independent retail jeweler. Finest Casting is my manufacturing company providing custom design, contract casting, and finishing services to the retail jeweler. When a jeweler has a new idea for an item he contracts with us to take it from concept to completion. Diamond Realty Corporation is my newest venture focusing on the revitalization of distressed residential property. Like most major cities in the US, Chicago and its suburbs took a major hit during the recent recession. Job loss, high debt, and lower property values have lead to an increase in delinquencies, foreclosures, and abandoned homes. This has created a golden opportunity for us to renovate these properties and turn them into real gems.
