I’ve finally gotten serious about real estate investing. I have played around the edges for years. Many years ago, I have purchased raw land in attempt to develop mobile home park in Florida. It didn’t work out as I had hoped since I moved 900 miles away. At the same time I acquired rental property. I do enjoy my profession, as a data analyst for the past 20 years. I have looked at starting my own business but it always required large sum of money and/or more time than I had available. Looking both ahead and behind, real estate is the only viable option to retire from consulting work. I am in the Dayton Ohio area and have partnered with local investor with over 15 years of experience. I am willing to with investors in other states to find them deals and/or partnering for flipping property.
