I am new to BP and real estate investing. I recently read Cash Flow Quadrant and knew now was the time to get involved with real estate investing. I’ve read 3 BP published books over the last month and have been practicing analyzing deals. My wife and I are looking to start out with buy and hold single or small multi-family homes either locally or long distance if we come across the right opportunity.
