I am a Nebraska-based real estate operator and founder of Neon Property Management, serving Omaha and the surrounding metro area. My focus is residential property management, operational systems, and long-term portfolio growth with an emphasis on compliance, transparency, and disciplined execution. By background, I am a full-time law enforcement officer, which strongly influences how I approach property management. Attention to detail, documentation, risk mitigation, and calm decision-making under pressure are core to how I operate. I bring that same mindset into real estate, particularly when it comes to tenant relations, owner communication, and regulatory compliance. Neon Property Management is being built intentionally from the ground up with professional standards, broker oversight, and scalable systems in mind.
