I'm an East Texas real estate investor, home builder, and real estate broker. I primarily build sfr to sell, but also build new construction duplexes we keep and manage. Over the years I've also dabbled in fix and flips and am now venturing into the land acquisition/flipping. I live, breath, eat, and sleep real estate. I was introduced to the real estate world in 2004 and am just as passionate today as I was then. I love learning and applying new things which is super easy to do in our ever-changing market.
