I am 31 years old and born and raised in Hyde Park, NY. As a hobby I shoot fireworks as a licensed pyrotechnician, and yes I still have all of my digits. I am a sports fanatic, but unfortunately I have a knack for rooting for losers (mets, jets, & knicks fans know my pain). I have always been interested in real estate investing, but never had the resources to do so. Now my wife and I are ready to dive head first into the real estate pool, and enjoy all the rewards of the contractor-businessman-landlord-wholesaling-real estate-investing-sporty-pyrotechnician lifestyle. Okay, now you know me. Experience: Not very much. I am, however, willing to put in the required time, studying, and marketing necessary to hold my own in the real estate industry. My brain is in full-on sponge mode right now, absorbing as much knowledge as possible. Real Estate Goals: I want to live life on MY terms... I would like to supplement my current income with real estate income. Hopefully one day the real estate income will provide enough that a day job isn't necessary, although i'm not one to sit around doing nothing all day. Actually the goal i'm really trying to achieve with real estate is kind of complex. I would really like to have several businesses in addition to my current business, maybe a landscaping company, with a total property management firm, interior design, and a couple more LLCs structured to buy, sell and own my multiple properties, and have them all feed off of one another like one big, well-oiled machine. If all that sounds a bit ambitious, well hey, they asked what my goals are. You can always aim high and end up still doing ok if you don't reach your goal, but if you aim low it doesn't leave much wiggle room or margin for error. Currently Seeking: 1.
