Hailing from a small town, I've always kept an eye on local land or homes for sale. My town is extremely small, but has one of the best school districts in the area. It's no surprise for homes in the area to sell quickly, and you'll find yourself hard-pressed to ever find anything on the market. However, my family has been in the area for a long time and has accumulated some very old investment properties over the years. For now, I manage them, but I will quickly admit my lack of knowledge in that area. I was drawn to BP to try and learn how to greatly improve my management efficiency as well as learn how to acquire my own properties.
