I am new to the world of real estate investing. I stumbled upon this site while reading up on how to become financially independent. I have not been able to stop listening to podcasts and reading the forums. I took action, took the real estate class and exam, am now a licensee in Massachusetts. I consider myself a jack of all trades and enjoy learning new things and have always been intrigued by real estate but always talked out of it by those who have never invested. I have a full time job, not related at all with real estate and or the trades. I do have a bit of down time at my job and I drive a lot, plenty of time to listen to podcasts and absorb as much advice as possible.
