I am interested in learning more about real estate opportunities that will build long term wealth. I own a multi family in CT and have been living in one unit and renting out the other two. It has been a good experience and has provided supplemental income to my career as a makeup artist. I will be moving soon to a single family home also in CT and continuing to rent all 3 units in the multi family home. The single family I'm moving to is a short sale and is in need of alot of work, but will be a beautiful home when it is rehabbed. This has sparked some interest in flipping and rehabbing homes. There seems to be some opportunity in the area. I'd love to learn more about how to flip homes on a limited income or how to find interested investors.
