Hello! I've been involved in real estate actively since 2002, really dug in deep in 2007 (right idea/wrong time?) then got serious about learning to avoid repeating mistakes starting in 2008. To that end, I've been a licensed realtor in California since 2012, I've done some rehabbing, ground up single-family development, buy and hold, property management and of course some agency. My focus currently is leveraging seller financing for either "pretty" or "ugly" houses, though I strive to figure out the best solution for a particular property's, or seller's, problem. Currently, generating substantial income leveraging our unique Los Angeles property as a production and event rental and planning to do the same with a historic Pasadena renovation project we're undertaking. Married to an amazing human being named Jennifer who happens to be an interior designer/home stager - great for the rehab team (among many other things)!
