Real estate for me is fun, challenging and my passion. I love to talk about it, negotiate it and help others with it too. I began selling real estate in the crazy boom in California in 2002. I wanted to fix and flip but just didn't know how to get started. In 2013, moved to San Antonio area of Texas and dove into a local REIA and learned everything I could. I began wholesaling and rehabbing homes while still working with some retail real estate clients. In Texas I found a real estate firm that had agents but all of us were investors first. The broker and her husband had been investing for years which brought us priceless knowledge. Now I am back in California happily applying all the education in Texas. I am now a real estate broker own a new brokerage called Stark Property Solutions.
