Greetings! I am a full time real estate investor and entrepreneur. I have a couple of SFR buy-and-holds, and just completed a second suite conversion from a SFR to a duplex and received the legal stamp of approval from our municipality. Both units are tenanted with outstanding families. Now I've bought a student rental and look forward to the beginning of the Sept intake at Georgian College.
