Peter Van egmond

I am a transplanted Canadian living in the Charleston S.C. area. Been here approx 16 years. Ran a building and renovation company back home, sold it in 1989. Moved to South Carolina and bought a machine rental shop. Doubled sales in two yrs and added a party rental store. I had a heart attack in 1995, sold my rental shop, took back paper and lost $200,000. I learned fast. Started a small renovation company The Window Solution, replacement windows. On the side even back home I bought and sold fixer uppers. I'm back on my feet and right now I have four pieces, one is rented , another is almost finished, and a river property going on the market at Christmas time. I could use an investor so I could move properties more quickly, and do more deals. I have a wunderfull wife and five children and two grandkids. Regards Peter Van Egmond
