Hi, I writer at a business magazine, but I'm looking to get into real estate investment, particularly multifamily. In a past life, I was a property manager and ran a 100-unit rooming house in Washington, D.C., so I'm not a complete newbie to real estate, but I have much less experience on the investment side.
