Rental Property Investor
My full time job is in commercial construction as a Project Manager, and I invest in rental real estate to build a passive income investment portfolio. I now live in Bellefonte, PA. I grew up in Hollidaysburg, PA. Now up to 17 rental units across 7 properties ranging from single family homes, condos, a duplex, and two 5-unit buildings. Goal is to continue to expand the portfolio with buy and holds, and continue to self-manage all of our properties.
