My wife and I build (mostly) spec homes in the NW Denver neighborhoods. We own a few SF rentals and are looking for our next investment now. Experience: My wife is a realtor, together we've flipped, wholesaled, but for the last several years, we've been building spec homes and growing our rental property portfolio, including VRBO and annual rental properties. Real Estate Goals: To build our portfoio to a point that it will finance our traveling goals for the rest of our life: boat plan.
