Dennis Olson

Fresh out of High School, I joined the Marine Corps where I spent the next 8 years of my life. I have been interested in real estate since the mid 80's. I bought my first property while still in the service with the intent of eventually renting it. After I got out, the company my wife and I worked at shut the doors and we were forced to move back to AZ from CA. I rented the property only to have the tenants (friends at the time) trash the property and not pay rent. I ended up giving it back to the bank. My primary goal is to build a continuing wealth stream with Real Estate. I have been a licensed Realtor in AZ since 2003 but work a regular 40 hour job.
