My name is Devin. I am looking to get into REI as a long term passive income and hopefully eliminate the need for a W2 job in the future. I am looking to invest in Cincinnati area as a start, but my goal is also to branch into the East TN (Knoxville) region as well. I current work in manufacturing which I enjoy what I do, I just would like to build a business that isn't going to take up 40+ hours a week of my time in the future so I can get out and enjoy life more!
