I am a Real Estate investor that is primarily focused on long term rentals. I am most interested in multi-family and mobile homes. With that being said, I am driven by the numbers. If a single family home makes sense then I am more than happy to move forward with it. Cash-flow is my main objective with each deal. I have a background in construction. For the last 8 years I have been traveling the country building high end custom treehouses. I also own an online retail company that is run exclusively by analyzing numbers, market patterns and risk assessment. I currently own 2 homes in King County. I am hoping to find like minded and creative investors. I would love to be able to build a network of savvy individuals across the county.
