- I currently live in and plan to first invest in the Southern New Hampshire area. - My current next goal is to get into my first house hack or BRRRR. - I am looking for people I can partner with and possibly build a team with to grow within the real estate industry! My goal is to build a large portfolio of rental units starting with residential and eventually moving into commercial. - I have completed my 40 hour real estate course and received my certification but have not yet taken the exam (not sure if I ever will as I no longer want to be a real estate agent) - I am currently attending Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) to obtain my Bachelor's in Business Administration w/ a concentration in Business Analytics.
