I am a rookie to real estate investing. My partner and I just bought our first property in north Jersey. We are starting off with a single family home and house hacking it by renting out the extra bedrooms. I would like to keep building/adding rentals to my portfolio, looking more for multi families instead of single family. I am interested in helping any skilled investor with simple tasks needed as well as taking the time to learn from them along the way.
