Diane Forgy

My first job out of college was with a large commercial brokerage and development company in Dallas. I did retail, office and industrial leasing and sales for 5 years. Also interned with the development group. Owned some SF rentals about 25 years ago and then had to focus on growing another business. Bought an industrial building in 2015 and now that I have successfully sold my business, I hope to expand my real estate activities with both passive and active investments. Have also recently done my first hard money loan.
