Dillon Mangrum

I have always had a huge interest in real estate but never knew how to get my foot in the door. I never had anyone to just lead me in that direction so its taken me a little longer Im 26 and i am starting to learn more and more about real esate. I am here to just learn from people educated on real estate. My goal in life is to invest, fix and flip, and have a few rental properties. I dream of having investment properties and being able to work with others and flip homes. Now i am wholesaleing homes all over, i know that some wholesalers get a bad name because they arent educated enough and thats the last thing i want. So I am just taking every action i can to make sure i am educated enough and people think of Dillon Mangrum when they are looking for a investment property. I want to help buyers find the properites that meet their criteria. Also help the sellers get their best value and get that home out of their hair!
