DJ Fry

My name is D.J. Fry and I am a Real Estate broker and investor from Vancouver, WA. I also do business in Portland, OR which is only about 10 minutes from my current residence. I've been around real estate my entire professional life, currently I have experience in the appraisal field as well as Investments and property management. My experience has been a big help in assisting clients finding/analyzing investment opportunities. I have a lot of experience with buy and hold rentals, flips and new construction. I have several investor clients who I have watched do great things the past few years and it has motivated me to want to do more of it for myself. I have built a small portfolio of rentals in Vancouver, WA. I've done 10+ flips in the past but currently am more focused on building homes. I currently have 4 under construction that I plan to sell.
