I am a contractor with over 30 years of residential and multi-family experience. I have the experience to build any residential complex from the ground up with my own two hands and I have. I have been a Project Manger and Construction Superintendent, so I have experience in all aspects of construction management as well, including contract negotiation, scheduling, quality control and job site safety. I pretty much can do it all. I started building million dollar homes from the ground up in the San Francisco Bay Area. Built several homes in Hawaii and for the last twenty years I have built million dollar homes on Mercer Island, Medina, Bellevue, (generally the east side) and the north Seattle areas, such as Edmond's and Mill Creek.
