I am a small business owner looking to transition to more of a passive income model in real estate that will provide a more flexible schedule for what is really most important to me-family. We have owned rentals in years past with varying degrees of success, now with some maturity in age and knowledge base it now time to get serious about creating income as well as some legacy wealth.
