Hello all, My name is Dominique, and my life's goal is to be able to retire from my full time job through RE investing. I am 23 years old and have a a full time job as a pricing analyst in Atlanta, GA. I'm currently in the research and learning phase of investing. I am also in the process of getting my real estate license. Real Estate Goals: 1 year goal : Purchase a multifamily property and house hack it 3 year goal: Have purchased 25 units and possibly look into going into real estate full time. 5 year goal: I retire from W2 and focus solely on RE investing (rental and flipping). $6000/mo. passive income Currently Seeking: I am looking to build a network of like minded people that are willing to teach, partner and share stories. I would like to start a team to bounce ideas off of. Also, looking to learn from others here on BP, and eventually be able to help and share my experiences and document my path to retirement.
