I got into real estate from a guru radio commercial after realizing I was sick of 30 years in HR with corporate America. I went to the one day seminar, then paid for the 3 day, then bought the system! Yep, another sucker here!! I have A LOT of knowledge, been to hundreds of meetings, networked with hundreds of investors, and recently got screwed in a JV deal trying to get my hands dirty with a rehab flip. I have made a bunch of offers, had 4 accepted, but the funding side always falls through. I am determined to get my money back that I paid to the guru!
